How to get connected

1. Complete the short online form using the link below.
2. We’ll confirm your details and send you a secure GoCardless link to set up your Direct Debit for monthly payments.
3. You’ll also use GoCardless for your one-off setup fee and first month’s payment, both taken instantly when you join.
4. Once payment’s confirmed, we’ll activate your connection and you’ll be online in no time.

Cancellation terms

This service runs on a 12-month contract.
If you wish to cancel after your contract period, just let us know in writing with 30 days’ notice, and we’ll handle the rest.
